On 7th Avenue, we overhauled a townhouse with impeccable bones, transforming it into a two-family home. Through a gut renovation and total redesign, we created an owner’s triplex along with a two-bedroom rental on the base floor. The top-floor primary suite features a custom barn door, restored wood beams and a gas fireplace. Throughout the building, we restored the most exquisite original details—a feat and an honor.
