Bill is the head of operations at T.B.H.Co and manages all of the teams required to effectively complete a project. With 9 years of experience buying, building, and selling homes in Brooklyn he has built a reputation as an honest, local developer. He is passionate about delivering the highest quality, most functional, artistically inspired homes in the Industry. Bill lives in Park Slope, Brooklyn with his wife and two children.
Zach is the director of finance, asset management and acquisitions at T.B.H.Co. For the better part of the last decade Zach has built a strong network of industry contacts and through his contributions The Brooklyn Home Company has built a solid portfolio of real estate holdings. Zach also is actively involved with the Brooklyn BEAT Festival. We are proud of our involvement with the Brooklyn BEAT Festival because it meshes with our core values of supporting our Brooklyn community. Zach currently lives in downtown Brooklyn.
Pete of iFathom Construction Corp works exclusively with T.B.H.Co as our construction manager and general contractor. He has a decade and a half of experience working in the NYC building space. His dedication to quality and detail make him an essential part of T.B.H.Co. Pete is one of the best construction minds in the business. His ability to control costs through developing healthy relationships with subcontractors enable him to deliver great homes and provide exceptional customer service.
Trained at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) as an artist and metalsmith, Lyndsay is also a gifted interior planner. As the inspiration behind all of T.B.H.Co’s designs, Lyndsay obsesses over the vision and feel of a property until a unique voice emerges. What T.B.H.Co homes say is in her hands. Lyndsay has been featured in dozens of trade magazines and other media and most notably was showcased in Lucky Magazine as a breakthrough talent.
Fellow RISD trained sculptor and woodworker Fitzhugh creates site-specific art and furniture pieces in each TBHCo home. As the other half of the design team, Fitzhugh helps imagine and create spaces that are functionally artistic and truly distinct. Chad is our office manager and director of communications. He is a recent graduate of Virginia Tech. Most of his time is spent managing our rental property portfolio, communicating our interior design services with potential customers, and is our primary bookkeeper. Chad’s strength is organization which he tactfully uses to keep our office running smoothly.
Ilya of The Vilnits Group is a registered architect and TBHC’s exclusive architect. Ilya is gifted at managing the intricacies of layouts and navigating NYC’s Department of Buildings and has become an essential member of our creative and strategic team. Before working with TBHC, Ilya was an architect at Skidmore Owings and Merrill. He has a Masters in Real Estate Development from NYU and Bachelors of Architecture from Pratt Institute.
Leah Borkin of Leah Borkin Interior Design (LBID) is TBHCo’s project manager for architectural and design consultancy services. As the day-to-day contact, Leah coordinates projects to ensure each job runs smoothly and deadlines are met. Before working with TBHCo, Leah worked for various communications firms specializing in client and project management, marketing, branding and public relations.
Leah holds an Associates of Applied Science degree in Interior Design from Parsons – The New School for Design and dual bachelors of arts degrees in Communication Arts and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Jorge of iFathom Construction Corp specializes in field management at construction sites for T.B.H.Co. With over 30 years of construction experience Jorge serves as Pete’s eyes and ears at each job-site and helps manage our GCs and subcontractor partners. Jorge has experience working on some of NYC’s most famous buildings such as working on a restoration project at Carnegie Hall and helping to build the Jacobs Javitts Center.
Armando of iFathom Construction Corp is our jack-of-all-trades construction and customer service specialist. When you need help turning on your heat the first cool day of the year Armando will be there. When you lock yourself out of your apartment Armando will be there to unlock your door. Armando is a dedicated, honest, hardworking asset to TBHC and in many ways Armando is the gas that makes the TBHC engine go.
