BILL CALEO Bill is the head of operations at T.B.H.Co. Nothing makes him happier than juggling the intricacies involved in real estate development. A natural coach, Bill manages and links the many teams required - from construction, accounting, and design to real estate, sales, and marketing - to successfully bring a project to completion.

ZACH STERN Professionally trained in both culinary arts and business management, Zach is uniquely qualified to design kitchens, purchase finishes, track budgets and analyze new projects.

PETE GEROLIMATOS Pete of iFathom Construction Corp works exclusively with TBHCo as our general contractor. His 10 years of NYC building experience and his dedication to quality make him an essential part of TBHCo.

LYNDSAY CALEO Trained at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) as an artist and metalsmith, Lyndsay is also a gifted interior planner. As the inspiration behind all of T.B.H.Co's designs, Lyndsay obsesses over the vision and feel of a property until a unique voice emerges. What T.B.H.Co homes say is in her hands.

FITZHUGH KAROL Fellow RISD-trained sculptor and woodworker, Fitzhugh installs site-specific art pieces in each TBHCo home. Fitzhugh helps design and create spaces that are functionally artistic and truly distinct.

JAMES RYAN III A recent Yale graduate, James works to keep operations at TBHCo on track. From bookkeeping to research, James does whatever needs to be done.

CAMPBELL CALEO Bill’s son, Lyndsay’s nephew and future Buffalo Bills Quarterback (or NHL hockey player.)
